A receipt was read wrong. Nothing is saved until you tap File it, so fix any field on the review screen first. Already filed? Open the Land Cruiser, tap Full history, open the entry and delete it, then scan again.

My 40 or 55 series has no 17-character VIN. Choose Chassis # when you add the Land Cruiser and enter the chassis number from the plate.

How do I share a receipt from Mail, Files or Photos? Tap Share on the photo or PDF and pick LCHQ. Choose the Land Cruiser, then review it like a scan.

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and type the code we send you along with a new password.

How do I delete my account? On Home, tap the three dots at the top right, then Delete account (step by step). It permanently deletes your Land Cruisers, log, receipt photos, parts bin and reminders.

What's free, and what does Pro add? Free: your garage log for one Land Cruiser, receipt scanning (3 a day), reminders, Toyota schedules, specs and tire pressures, recalls and service bulletins, Basecamp and the community. LCHQ Pro ($4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with a 14-day free trial) adds unlimited Land Cruisers, repair guides (common repairs, how-tos and part numbers), Elsie with 150 messages a month, and handing your history to the next owner. Safety information, like recalls, bulletins and specs, is always free.

How do I cancel Pro? On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LCHQ Pro → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, or the end of the free trial. You can also get there from LCHQ: Account → Plan → Manage subscription.

I bought Pro but don't see it. Open Account → Plan and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with. It can take a minute to show. Still missing? Email us with the date you bought it.

Elsie says I'm out of messages. Free accounts get 5 questions to try her. Pro includes 150 a month (25 during the free trial), and you can buy 100 more under Account → Plan. There's also a limit of 30 a day for everyone, which resets after 24 hours.

What happens if I stop Pro? Nothing is deleted. You keep every Land Cruiser and record and can keep logging on them; you just can't add another past the free limit or open the Pro features.

I'm buying a Land Cruiser that's on LCHQ. Accepting a transfer code from the seller is free on any plan. The seller needs Pro to make the code.

Are part numbers and recalls guaranteed? No. Recalls and service bulletins come from NHTSA by model year and may not all apply to your VIN. Part numbers come from your own receipts. Check with a Toyota dealer before ordering or relying on them.
