Delete your account

You can delete your LCHQ account and everything in it at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

  1. Open LCHQ and sign in.
  2. On Home, tap the three orange dots at the top right to open Account.
  3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

It happens right away and can't be undone.

By email

Can't get into the app? Email support@landcruiserhq.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What's deleted

Your account and sign-in, every Land Cruiser in your garage, your service log, receipts and their photos and PDFs, fuel log, parts bin, reminders, recall status, Elsie chats, and your community posts, photos, comments, waves and follows.

What's kept

Nothing tied to you. Copies in our providers' backups age out on their normal schedules. If you joined the beta list on this website, email us to be taken off it too.
